Finding & Order approving the stipulation submitted on August 24, 1993 in its entirety; that GTE should implement two-way ELCP between the Berlin Heights and Milan exchanges as soon as practical and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this entry; that GTE establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this entry, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met, together with the reason. |
