ICN #0006 Entry ordering that this case shall be redesig- nated Case No. 97-1404-EL-BSB; that TE's motion for a waiver of the filing time requirement and TE's motion for a protective order are granted; that TE's motion for a waiver of the filing of ully developed information is denied at this time; that TE file, before December 15, 1997, normal load flow studies, which show system condi- tions (with and without the Midway expansion project) on the major substations in the area, and file, by December 15, 1997, the site selection study upon which it based the proposed sites in this application and the necessary alter- native site information; that the Docketing Divison of the Ohio Power Siting Board maintain, under seal, the unredact- ed diagrams of the October 28, 1997 application for 18 months from the date of this entry; that any party wishing to extend this confidential treatment should file at least 45 days in advance of the expiration date of this proective order.
