Entry dismissing Enron's renewal application; that Enron may continue to provide service to only its current customers up to and including May 16, 2003; that Enron advise Commission staff by May 2, 2003, of the status of all of its contracts and any customers not so trasitioned; that on May 17, 2003, Enron be removed from the Commission's list of CRES providers and its certificate cancelled; that, 30 days in advance of the transfer of its power contracts, Enron provide written notice to all of its existing customers as set forth in Finding 5; that by February 28, 2003, Enron should provide a copy of its proposed notice to the Commissions Management Section of the Commission's Office of Public Affairs. |
