Opinion & Order that State Alarm's complaint for inadequate service is granted, in part, and denied in part; that Ameritech's requests to require State Alarm to establish an escrow account as to the multiplex accounts and the non-multiplexed accounts with Ameritech is denied; that State Alarm is directed to bring its accounts current or enter into payment arrangements within sixty days of this order or Ameritech may pursue available remedies to collect outstanding balances including, but not limited to, the disconnection of service. |
