Finding & Order approving the stipulation filed on June 28, 2000 in its entirety; that the request for two-way, non- optional, flat-rate EAS between the Haskins-Tontogany and Perrysburg exchanges be denied, but that two-way, measured- rate EAS between the Haskins-Tontogany and Perrysburg ex- changes be granted; that GTE provide an alphabetical list of all Haskins-Tontogany subscribers' names and addresses to the complainants within 15 days of this order; that the complainants canvass the Haskins-Tontogany subscribers and file the canvas ballots and the results with the Commission by September 20, 2000; that, after the complainants have filed the ballots collected, GTE should review the ballots and file the results of its review with the Commission by October 4, 2000.
