Opinion & Order that the request for two-way EAS between the Middletown Exchange and the Cincinnati, Hamilton, and Bethany exchanges is denied and, as to those exchanges, this matter is dismissed and closed of record; that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Seven Mile Exchange and the Middletown Exchange, pending receipt of additional cost and revenue information; that Ameritech and CBT shall file with the Commission and service upon the spokesperson for the complainants by 4/3/95 the requested cost and revenue infor- mation; that the spokesperson file a statement with the Com- mission by 4/17/95 indicating whether the complainants desire to hold a further hearing.
