(AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Washington County, Ohio (except Belpre, Marietta, Waterford Township, and points within five (5) miles of Marietta, Ohio). RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: 1) Household goods as defined by the Commission; gas and oil field equipment and supplies; manfactured housing units; food products; and farm products and supplies. 2) Petroleum and petroleum products in tank vehicles; livestock and clay products. 3) Commodities in bulk in dump trucks; dry bulk commodities (except cement, coal, slag, gravel, cinders, and aggregates) in tank and hopper vehicles; and grindstones. |
