Entry, ordered that the February 12, 2001 certificates of environmental compatibility and public need previously granted to PG&E for the construction and operation of additional generating facilities at the Napoleon Generating Station and the Bowling Green Generating Station shall be transferred to Amp-Ohio, that transfer of these two certificates shall be effective upon the final closing of the Napoleon Generating Station and the Bowling Green Generating Station asset acquisition, that as a result of these transfer, AMP-Ohio shall be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of these certificates. |
