Finding & Order that existing Rule 4901-1-1 of the Ohio Administrative Code is rescinded and that new Rule 4901-1-1 is adopted; that the amended rules of the Ohio Administrative Code attached to this order be adopted; that a copy of this order and the attached rules be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Director of the Ohio Legislative Service Commission; that the amended rules be effective as of the earliest date possible. |
