Opinion and Order dismissing the individual complaint of Jim and Helen Heaton; that C&SOE cease finding applicants for rural line extensions in the Company's rural service areas ineligible for RLX based on the Company's erroneous interpretation of the definition of line extension given in the O.A.C. rule and the Company's tariffs on RLX. C&SOE is to follow the dictates of this Opinion and Order in establishing eligibility of applicants in its service area for RLX plans. |
