Finding & Orer approving the stipulation in its entirety; that GTE and Ohio Bell should impelement two-way, nonoptiona measured-rate EAS between the New Marshfield and Nelsonville exchances as soon as practical and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of the Finding & Order; that GTE and Ohio Bell establish an in-service date within 4 months of the date of this Finding & Order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met, together with the reason. |
