Entry ordering that, effective no later than 10/25/93, those gas and electric companies under PUCO jurisdiction restore service, or permit the maintenance of service as set forth in this entry, pursuant to the terms set out herein, of those whose gas or electric utility service has been disconnected for non-payment; that the requirement set forth in Rule 4901:1-18-04(B)(5), O.A.C. be suspended until July 1, 1994 except for those PIP customers individually contacted by a provider affiliated with a Department of Development sponsored weatherization program; that each gas and electric company under PUCO jurisdiction provide, by county, the name, address, and telephone number of each of its current PIP customers as well as monthly and annual consumption data for these customers on a timely basis to the Ohio Department of Development. |
