Entry ordering that the six month stay commencing December 17, 1991 and continuing until June 17, 1992 is granted, during which time both the respondent and the complainants shall evaluate improvements made to the complainant's electrical service; that upon the expiration of the six-month time period compalainants shall re-evaluate their complaint and inform the Commission, by 6/30/92, of whether they wish to proceed to a hearing.
