Entry ordering that all electric utilities under the juris- diction of the Commission respond to the queries in the appendix to this entry and submit those responses to the Commission by April 27, 2000; that all electric utilities are to respond to the staff's request for daily market information, in the format to be determined in consultation with the staff, beginning May 15, 2000 and continuing through September 30, 2000; that, in the interest of assur- ing transmission adequacy and availability of electric power supply in the competitive retail electric service market envisioned by SB 3 beginning in the year 2001, all electric utilities shall meet on a date to be determined by staff to initiate a dialogue to bring resolution to the transmission "seams" issues caused by the regional trans- mission entities planned for the state retail market.
