Finding & Order approving the stipulation in its entirety; that Alltel impelment two-way, measured-rate EAS from the Delta exchange to the Toledo, Sylvania, and Holland ex- changes, that Ohio Bell implement two-way, measured-rate EAS from the Toledo and Holland exchanges to the Delta exchange, and that United implement two-way, measured-rate EAS from the Swanton exchange to the Delta exchange within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that All- tel, United, and Ohio Bell establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this Finding & Order, inform the Commission and the spokesperson of the date, and advise the Commission and the spokesperson of the date no later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met.
