(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to points in Clark County, Ohio, except Springfield and points within its Commercial Zone, as their respective boundaries existed on October 19, 1987, and Mad River and Madison Townships. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Commodities in bulk. (2) Commodities requiring the use of low heavy-duty trailers. (3) Commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration. (4) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (5) Service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon State Route 4; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/Montgomery County line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its intersection with State Route 235 and Springfield, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; and U.S. Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County Line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna. (6) Packages, parcels or articles weighing 70 lbs or less each when moved as a seperate shipment, and non-negotiable commercial papers, documents, written instruments, demand deposit accounting media and checks in the process of collection, to, from and between banks and financial institutions.
