(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Fallsbury, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hope- well and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Petroleum and petroleum products, benzol, benzene, LPG, anhydrous ammonia, and liquid fertilizer, in bulk, in tank vehicles. (2) Cash letters, banking documents and records, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and business records. (3) Mobile Homes, house trailers, and their contents, and modular units. (4) Dry bulk commodities. (5) The use of armored vehicles. (6) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (7) Heavy electrical and oil well equipment and machinery, building materials, and scrap metals. (8) Service to and from points within the Newark and Zanesville Commercial Zones (as they existed on December 10, 1988), except as otherwise authorized. (9) Service to and from points on or directly accessible from U.S. 40, SR 16 and County Road 311. |
