Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission Order dated September 14, 1995 is hereby amended and modified to extend the authorization to issue the remaining $175 million aggregate principal amount of the CSP Notes and/or the CSP Stock and the remaining $340 million aggregate principal amount of the OP Notes through September 30, 1997; that in all other respects, the Commission Order dated September 14, 1995 shall remain in full force and effect.
