Finding and Order ordered that existing Rules in Chapter 4901:2-3 and 2-15 are adopted without change and should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission; that unless ordered otherwise by the Commission or the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the five-year review date for the rules in Chapters 4901:2-1 and 4901:2-5 shall be May 31, 2010. |
