Opinion & Order stating that the application of Ohio Power Company for authority to increase its rates and charges for electric service in Case No. 81-782-EL-AIR be granted to the extent provided in this Opinion and Order; that the Company be, and hereby is authorized to cancel and withdraw its present tariffs and to file new tariffs consistent with the discussion and findings set forth above; that the recommendation of the Staff discussed in the powerplant Productivity section of this Opinion and Order be adopted, and that the Company comply with that recommendation. |
