Entry ordering that the applicant file four final complete, printed copies of tariffs consistent with the findings of this entry, and that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be the date upon which the tariffs are filed with the Commission, or the third day after the special mailing has been completed, and that the Notification of Customer Rights is approved, and that the applicant shall immediately commence notification of the increase in rates to its customers by special mailing. |
