Finding and Order that in accordance with finding (6) the stipulation filed on October 27, 1994 is approved, that Alltel institute measured-rate EAS from the St. Louisville exchange to the Utica-Homer exchange and that United insti- tute measured-rate EAS from Utica-Homer exchange tom the St. Louisville exchange, as soon as practicable and in any event within 12 months from the date of this Finding and Order, that Alltel and United establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this Finding and Order.
