Finding & Order approving the stipulation submitted on March 4, 1994, in its entirety; that Western Reserve and Ohio Bell should implement Extended Local Calling Service and Local Calling Plus between the Montville and Cleveland exchanges within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that Western Reserve and Ohio Bell establish in-service dates within four months and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met. |
