Entry ordering I&O proceed with and complete the project by February 2, 2009; they follow the detailed construction instructions, notify the staff at least 5 days before date work is scheduled to begin, so inspections can be scheduled, notify staff of any changes, and secure approval before work is performed, notify Commission 30 days before completion date, if at the time of final inspection, staff finds the installation at the grade crossing is completed and the warning devices have been put in service, staff will file a memorandum in this docket indicating the installation is complete. |
