Entry ordering that Ohio Edison is authorized to file in final form four complete printed copies of the Interim Emergency and Temporary Rider for recovery of percentage of income payment plan arrearages consistent with the findings of this Entry; that the effective date of the proposed schedule be the later of July 1, 1994 or the date upon which copies of the schedule as filed with the Commission; that Ohio Edison commence notification of all customers affected by the tariff change within 90 days of the service date of the porposed tariff. |
