Entry ordering that the application of Columbia Gas of Ohio is accepted for filing as of July 5, 1994. The test period shall begin November 1, 1993. Request for waivers is granted or denied as set forth in finding 6 of this entry. Objections to the joint report of investigation and/or the stipulation filed by the parties on June 3, 1994, be filed by July 14, 1994. If objections are filed a prehearing conference will be held on July 26, 1994 at 10:00 and a public hearing held on August 2, 1994 at the PUCO.
