Finding & Order approving the stipulation submitted on July 12, 1994 in its entirety; that Ameritech implement two-way, nonoptional measured-rate EAS between the Kent and Atwater exchanges as soon as practical and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that Ameritech establish as in-service date within four months of the date of this Finding & Order, inform the Commission of the date, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met. |
