Opinion & Order that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Avon Lake exchanges and the Olmstead Falls, Berea, Strongsville, and Victory exchanges is denied, and that those portions of this proceeding are dismissed and closed of record; that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Avon Lake exchange and the Cleveland and Trinity exchanges, pending receipt of additional cost and revenue information; that Century and Ohio Bell shall file with the Commission, and serve upon counsel for the com- plainants, by 9/30/94, the requested cost and revenue infor- mation as discussed in the conclusion section, between the Avon Lake exchange and the Cleveland and Trinity exchanges; that counsel for the complainants file a statement to the Commission by 10/14/94 indicating whether the complainants desire the Commission to hold a further hearing on the investments, costs, and revenue impact associated with the implementation of EAS, whether flat-rate or measured-rate, between the Avon Lake exchange and the Cleveland and Trinity exchanges.
