ICN #0042 Entry ordering that the certificate of environ- mental compatibility and public need previously granted to DP&L for the construction and operation of three turbine units at the Tait Generating Station in Case No. 92-1475- EL-BGN shall be transferred to DPLE; further, the certi- ficate granted to D:&L for the construction and operation of two natural gas pipelines in Case No. 93-1049-GA-BTX shall also be transferred to DPLE; that, as a result of these transfers, DPLE shall be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of these two certificates.
