Entry ordering that the Commission's tariff filings and maintenance procedures, as set forth in this entry and its appendices be implemented; that each LEC, IXC, AOS, cellular carrier, and RCC appearing on Appendix 2 of the Entry file two printed copies of its currently effective Commission-approved tariff on or before the date specified in Appendix 2. This filing must reference both this docket's number as well as the assigned tariff number; that only final, Commission-approved tariffs be filed in the TRF docket assigned to each company. |
