Second Entry on Rehearing ordered, that AEP Ohio's application for rehearing be granted, in part, and denied, in part. It is, further, ordered, that the applications for rehearing filed by Dynegy P3/ EPSA, RESA, MAREC, OMAEG, Environmental Intervenors, and OOC be denied. It is, further, ordered, that AEP Ohio shall file proposed tariffs with supporting schedules, consistent with this Second Entry on Rehearing.
