Entry ordering that the management/performance audit of the gas purchasing practices and policies of Duke Energy Ohio be conducted in accordance with the provisions of RFP No. U09-GCR-1 and the findings of this Entry; that the Company enter into a contract with the auditor to perform the work required to conduct the management/performance audit and that the cost of this audit be paid by the Company pursuant to the findings of this Entry. |
