Entry ordering that the May 21, 2001, as amended on June 18, 2001 certificate of environmental compatibility and public need previously granted to Fremont Energy Center LLC for construction and operation of a 704-MW electric generating station shall be transferred to Calpine Corporation and that as a result of transfer, Calpine Corporation shall be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of this certificate. |
