Pleasant exchange and Ameritech's Steubenville exchange is August 15, 1996 at 12:30 a.m.; at this same time, two-way measured rate EAS between GTE's Tiltonsville and Smithfield exchanges, and between GTE's Tiltonsville exchange and Ameritech's Steubenville exchange will also be instituted, filed on behalf of respondent, GTE North, by J.
