ICN #0071 Opinion & Order approving the stipulation sub- mitted in this proceeding to the extent indicated herein; that DP&L defer, in a manner consistent with any conditions for deferral specified in the stipulation, the appropriate level for each of the DSM programs specified in Attachments A and B of the stipulation; and that such deferral shall continue until the date of an order in the company's next IRP case, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission.
