Finding & Order that the EFC rate to be charged by CG&E during the next period beginning July 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 shall be 1.2788 c/kWh; that CG&E file any required tariff amendments to its EFC rider incorpora- ting the EFC rate no later than June 30, 2000; that the EFC rider become effective on July 1, 2000, and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
