Finding and order stating that the attached new Ohio Adm. Code 4901:1-13-14 and amended Ohio Adm. Code 4901:1-13-01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, and 13 be adopted and that existing Ohio Adm.Code 4901:1-13-07 be adopted with no changes; the final rules be effective on the earliest date permitted by law; Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the five-year review date for Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-13 shall be in compliance with R.C. 119.032. |
