Entry ordering that the application filed by Camplands be approved and Camplands is authorized to file in final form four completed, printed copies of tariff sheets consistent with this Entry; that Camplands provide written notification to Holiday Camplands Association, Inc. of the change in the rates before the next billing; that the Ohio EPA construction loan financing charge of $3,350.00 per month be effective through December 31, 2011, at which time the charge shall cease. |
