Opt-Out Aggregation Notices to be sent on or after September 2, 2010 to all eligible residential and commercial customers In the Village of Holland, Cities of Oregon, Maumee, Northwood. Perrysburg, Sylvania and Toledo, Lucas County and Lake Township which are all members of the Northwest Ohio Aggregation Coalition. The opt-out period will end on
