Entry ordering that the evidentiary hearing shall resume at 10:00 a.m. on March 10, 1999, at the Commission offices; that all parties wo did not sign the proposed stipulation and recommendation shall file a statement indicating their support or opposition to the proposed settlement; that statement shall be filed on or before noon on Monday, March 1, 1999; additionally, those parties who oppose the proposed settlement should indicate at that time whether they will file testimony to address the issue of the reasonableness of the proposed stipulation and recommendation; that all direct, expert testimony in support of the proposed stipu- lation shall be filed by noon on Thursday, March 4, 1999; that any party intending to present direct, expert testimony in opposition to the stipulation and recommendation shall file such testimony by noon on Monday, March 8, 1999; that the requests for an opportunity to conduct additional dis- covery related to the stipulation and for a procedural con- ference are denied.
