Finding and order that; applicant Toledo Edison Company, is authorized, within twelve months of the date of the order, to issue in any or more of the following forms: (a) One or more series of Applicant's First Mortgage Bonds; (b) One or more series of unsecured notes or debentures maturing in not less that one and not more than 35 years from the date of issuance in the amount not to exceed $300 million, pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in the Application and Exhibits. |
