Vernon and south of U.S. 36 between Mt. Vernon and Cadiz and U.S. 250 between Cadiz and the West Virginia-Ohio State Line excluding Newark, Ohio. RESTRICTED, as to each shipper now or hereafter listed under Contract Carrier Permit No. 3145, against furnishing the same kind and character of service under Certificate No. 2939-I as is authorized to be furnished such shipper pursuant ti the terms of its contract on file with, and approved by, the Commission. |
