(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Marion County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) To the use of two axle vehicles and exclusive use of vehicle service for one consignor or one consignee at any one time, transporting shipments weighing 10,000 lbs. or less. (2) To providing emergency express service with all vehicles disoatched within two (2) hours of request and all shipments delivered within six (6) hours of pickup. (3) AGAINST the trans- portation of cash letters; commercial paper; audit and accounting media; and exposed and/or processed color or black and white motion picture or camera film or prints, matter advertising the same, theater supplies, and commodities sold or used by theater concessionaires, (4) AGAINST the tranportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, and commodities in bulk. (5) AGAINST the transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables in armored vehicles. (6) Service for the accounts of Boise Cascade Corporation, Eaton Corporation, Marion Industrial Corporation, Marion Steel Company, Quaker Oats Company and Waste Recovery, Inc. is restricted to shipments weighing 2,000 pounds or less. (7) AGAINST service at Mrion, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized. |
