Correspondence regarding 2012 Annual Report that T-Mobile Central did in fact timely file its Annual Report for 2012, but it inadvertently listed only Certificate no. 90-5449. It also holds Certificate No. 90-5450 and should have listed that number as well on its 2012 Annual Report which listed all revenues from both certificates and T-Mobile Central LLC requests to be removed from Appendix A filed by Mr. Stephen M Howard on behalf of T-Mobile Central LLC. |
