(AMENDED SECOND AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Fallsburg, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing October 14, 1988. (2) AGAINST the transportation of mobile homes and modular homes. (3) AGAINST the transportation of petroleum and petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (4) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (5) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; farm supplies and farm machinery; and the transportation of property in armored vehicles. (6) AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blcktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (7) AGAINST the transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. |
