Finding and order stating that the utility companies comply with the Commission's directives set forth in this finding and order; the special procedures in this order to maintain, reconnect, or establish service are available to a customer only once from Monday, October 17, 2011 through Friday, April 13, 2012 and that each utility company under the Commission's jurisdiction provide the data requested in finding (24) and Appendix A to this finding and order, for the preceding month by the 20th day of the following month, except that data for October 2011, shall be reported with the data for November 2011. |
