Finding and order authorizing the Applicants, Columbus Southern Power Company and Ohio Power Company, to issue and to sell through June 30, 2009, unsecured promissory notes, one or more unsecured promissory notes to their parent American Electric Power Company, Inc. and AEP Notes within the terms and conditions as set forth in the applications and exhibits; that Ohio Power Company is authorized to enter into one or more
loan agreements with the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority; that Applicants are authorized to enter into interest rate management agreements; that Applicants are authorized to participate in the AEP System Money Pool and borrow up to $350 million for Columbus Southern Company and $600 million for Ohio Power Company from the Money Pool as described in the applications and exhibits. |
