Entry ordering that the public utilities listed on Appendix A, and the CMRS providers listed on Appendix B, file their 1999 annual reports or assessment reports by July 5, 2000; that the requests for confidential treatment of information contained in the 1999 annual reports and assessment reports filed by Ameritech Wireless, Columbus Southern Power, Ohio Power, Wheeling Cellular, McLang Cellular, AT&T Wireless PCS and AT&T Wireless of Cleveland be denied; the secretary of the Commission shall make these reports available to the public seven days after the date of this entry.
