Opinion & Order that the Commission will make no determina- tion at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Warren Exchange, on the one hand, and each of the Sharon and Youngstown exchanges, on the other hand, pending receipt of additional cost and revenue information; that the request for two-way, nonoptional EAS between the Warren and Hubbard exchanges is denied and that portion of this proceeding is dismissed and closed of record; that the respondents shall provide to the Commission by 1/5/94 the requested cost and revenue information regarding the in- stitution of EAS between the Warren exchange, on the one hand, and each of the Sharon and Youngstown exchanges, on the other; that the spokesperson for the complainants pro- vide a statement to the Commission by 2/1/94 indicating whether the complainants desire the Commission to hold a further hearing on the investments, costs, and revenue impact associated with the implementation of EAS from the Warren exchange, on the one hand, and each of the Sharon and Youngstown exchanges, on the other hand. |
