(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in St. Albans, McKean, Harrison and Granville Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing on November 4, 1988; (2) The transportation of mobile homes and modular units; (3) The transportation of liquid fertilizer solutions, petroleum, and petroleum produts including propane and anhydrous ammonia, in tank vehicles; (4) The transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles; (5) The transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; livestock, farm products, farm supplies and farm machinery; (6) The transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, black- top, and brick, in dump trucks only; (7) The transportation of oil field and gas field equipment and supplies; (8) The transportation of packages, parcels, and articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight; and, (9) The transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. |
